Ground Defences
Many Aeronautica missions require an attacker to destroy a ground-based target - denying an enemy the use of his supply lines by bombing fuel dumps and airstrips can be crucial. Of course, no static target is without defences - attackers struggle through anti-aircraft fire from high-calibre long range guns while surface-to-air missiles can take even the most elite pilot by surprise
