Q1. What are Forge World models made of and how do I work with it?

A1. Unless otherwise noted, all Forge World Models are made of resin. Resin is a wide range of castable synthetic plastic-type materials. The resins we use are ideally suited for making highly detailed complex models. Each part is hand cast using the most advanced techniques and best quality resin to produce models with extremely fine detail.

Note that as with all kits, some preperation and cleaning up will be required preior to painting. Some small areas of flash and mould lines will need to be filed or sanded, and larger casting gates will need to be removed before construction.

Q2. Is Forge World going to make more vehicles for Eldar / Imperial Guard / Marines / Orks / Chaos etc?

A2. Yes we intend to make new models for all the Warhammer 40,000 armies, but due to the huge number of ideas we have it will take some time for us to design and release everything we want to.

We cannot send out pdf's of our rules via e-mail, so please don’t ask for the rules for specific vehicles. We get lots of requests and regrettably we have to turn them all down.

Q1. Can I order products from you if I live in Japan / USA / Australia / Outer Mongolia / The Adeptus Mechanicus Factories on Mars.

A1. We can send things to anywhere on the planet as long as it has a postal service. The only difference is how long it takes to get to you. We have several different shipping options available, and more details of these can be found in the Purchasing section of this website. Sorry we can't ship to Mars at present due to the Imperial blockade

Q2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A2. If you're ordering from outside the UK we can only accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments, but if you're a UK customer we can also accept Maestro and Visa debit cards. You can send an order to us by post enclosing a cheque made payable to Games Workshop Ltd to cover payment, and if your order is over £300 in value we can also accept a direct bank transfer. For more details on this payment method please contact the Customer Service team.

THE FORGE WORLD COMPANY

Q1. Is Forge World part of Games Workshop.

A1. Yes, but we operate as a small (but perfectly formed) separate division from the company that makes and sells the main Games Workshop range of products. We are not connected with the US company that used the same name many years back for production of resin Warhammer 40,000 vehicles under licence.
