The Earthshaker platform, when equipped with it’s carriage, can be towed away from front line positions by the Trojan if the enemy are in danger of getting too close or allow the stationary platforms to be re-tasked to where they are needed most. The Trojan is a workhorse used by Imperial Guard armoured regiments as a towing vehicle for artillery platforms and as an armoured ammunition carrier, ferrying extra ammunition to the platforms once in position.
