Forge World specialise in sending mail orders all over the world. No matter where you live, Forge World will almost certainly have sent mail orders to that part of the world before. Forge World send mail orders to Canada every single day.
You can buy Forge World models in several different ways. You can use our online store, our English language telephone line, fax your order to us or send it in via post. Below you will find details of how to place an order using each of the methods.

1) Use the secure Forge World online store .
2) By telephone on our English language mail order line. Our phone line
is open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday UK time. The UK is 5 hours ahead of EST, so when it is 4pm EST it is 9pm in the UK. The telephone number you must dial is 0044 115 916 8177. If you have problems, please contact your international operator for help and advice.
3) By fax using a copy of the order form from the back of the
catalogue. The fax number you must dial is 0044 115 916 8044. Again, if you have problems please contact your international operator.
4) By post using a copy of the order form from the back of this
catalogue addressed to Forge World, Games Workshop, Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK.

Payment can be made by:
Credit card. (We can currently accept VISA or MasterCard. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.) Debit Card. (We can currently accept Maestro, Solo, Delta and Electron.) All credit and debit card orders will be charged in £ Sterling at the £ Sterling price which will be converted to your own currency on your card statement by your card company.
The Euro EUR and US$ prices in this catalogue are shown for customers wishing to pay by Cheque or Money Order in those currencies. For an example of a current exchange rate visit www.xe.com or contact your card company. Please note this exchange rate may not be the one being used by your card company but should give you a good indication as to what you will pay.

in Euros EUR, £ Sterling or US$.
For orders over £300/EUR450 we can arrange to take payment by bank transfer.

Normal mail orders being shipped to Canada are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Airmail.
We will always ship your order to you as soon as possible, but if there is any unusual delay, due to very busy periods or an item being temporarily out of production, we will always try to let you know, so please give us a contact phone number or email address.
Orders should normally arrive with you in Canada about 7-14 days after we have sent it out to you.
If you think your order should have been delivered already we recommend you check with your local postal sorting office to see if it is being held there as most of the boxes we use will not fit through your letter box!
As a rule, please allow 28 days from date of order for delivery.

Forge World only charge 15% of the order value for shipping and handling to any non-UK address in the world! We can also offer an Express Delivery option with a shipping time of 2-5 days from dispatch to anywhere in the world. If you are interested in taking advantage of this service please tell us when you place your order, or choose the option from our online store.
Forge World Express Delivery is just an additional £15 per order on top of your normal shipping costs.
