The US$ and Euro€ prices in this catalogue are shown for customers wishing to pay by Cheque or Money Order in those currencies.
All credit card orders will be charged in £ Sterling and at the £ Sterling price which will automatically be converted back to your local currency by your card company.

Orders within the UK are shipped First Class via Royal Mail. Overseas orders are shipped First Class airmail.

We will always ship your order to you as soon as possible, but if there is any unusual delay, (due to very busy periods or an item being temporarily out of production), we will always try to let you know, so please give us a contact phone number or email address.

After you have placed your order it may take a few days for it to be processed and despatched.

Due to unprecedented demand for Forge World product, pleasue allow 28 days for delivery.

After your order has been dispatched the delivery date depends upon where it is being sent. For example shipping time from despatch within the UK is usually 1-3 working days but orders to the USA may take up to 2-3 weeks. If you think your order should have been delivered already, check with your local postal sorting office to see if it is being held there.
As a rule please allow 28 days from date of order for delivery.

Please note: Forge World is not open on weekends. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will therefore be processed on the following Monday.

We can offer an Express Delivery option with a shipping time of 2-5 working days from dispatch to anywhere in the world. Forge World Express Delivery is £12 to the UK or £15 to anywhere in the World in addition to your normal shipping costs for each order independent of the number of products ordered. Please choose the shipping method you want from the checkout when placing your order. Orders of £250 or more will have their shipping upgraded to Express Delivery for the same cost as standard delivery! Unfortunately Express Delivery orders cannot be sent to PO boxes or military addresses.

Forge World Products can be purchased direct from any of the events that we attend, and also from the following stores. If you want a specific model its best to phone the store before travelling to ensure the item is in stock.

4. Delivery of Goods
Forge World shall deliver the goods ordered within thirty days (beginning with the day after we accepted your offer to buy) to the delivery address which you supply. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery.

5. Forge World Guarantee and Returns Policy.
These terms and conditions incorporate Forge World’s Cancellation/Returns policy.
5.1 Cancellation/ Returns
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Forge World. However if you are not, please be aware that you have the right to cancel the contract between us by sending to us a notice of cancellation. We would appreciate it if you would send any such notice in the form of a letter, stating clearly your full name and address, any relevant details of your purchase and that you wish to cancel the contract, to the following address: Forge World, Games Workshop, Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK.
Your right to cancel the contract exists from the time that you purchase your goods until the expiry of seven working days beginning with the day after the day that you receive the goods. We will, within 30 days of you giving your notice of cancellation, reimburse without charge, any sum that you have paid for the goods. We will request the return of any goods that are the subject of a cancellation order at your cost. Forge World recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and Forge World shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

7. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected unless the substantive purpose of the contract is then frustrated.

8. Liability
As far as is permitted by law Forge World’s liability in respect of any claim arising in relation to the sale of goods shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question except in respect of death or personal injury.
